Shipping policy

Each piece is handmade in Aislin's studio in West Sussex and some designs are made to order. Delivery times vary depending upon the item.

If you fail to take delivery of your order and the item is returned to us, delivery charges apply for us to repost your items.

- All our items are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery is free in the UK for jewellery over £150.
- Orders to the USA are sent via Royal Mail - International Tracked & Signed.

International orders may sometimes be subject to customs charges depending on the Country/State that the shipment is going to, in which case the customer is responsible for paying them.

Due to GPSR laws we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

All jewellery is packaged in beautiful, bespoke boxes with care instructions and a complimentary polishing cloth.

CHRISTMAS POSTAGE

To be safe our last day for UK Postage for Christmas orders is 18th December for UK customers.
If you are ordering a Christmas gift or need your item for a specific date please contact aislinrosejewellery@gmail.com as we may be able to prioritise your order and deliver sooner than the specified time.
